Isaiah 58:13 - If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

I believe that G-d means what He says, that there is no mistake when He says a thing.. I believe that eventhough WE try to justify what we do, or what we don't do by saying that "that's not what He (G-d) means" I take Him literally. For that reason I want to share with you, my brother in Christ what HE said.. (not me)

Exodus 31:13 - Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you. (this is part of what I believe i either miscommunicated or you misunderstood what I was trying to explain to you)

Exodus 31:13 talks about sanctification by keeping this commandment. One thing we have to remember is that G-d, Jesus and the Holy Spirit CANNOT be seperate from the WORD. All three are one. Yes, we are sanctified by all of the things G-d's word said we are sanctified by... that INCLUDES keeping the Sabbath.

Exodus 31:14 - Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

Exodus 31:15 - Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

Exodus 31:16 - Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. --- what is a "perpetual covenant"? forever?

Ok, having shared with you what G-d said. Please, if you can...Justify the change... the change to another of the 6 days that are left...since you believe the Sabbath is no longer the 7th day but can be just any old day. (without changing G-d's word)

Doesn't this scripture hold a duel connotation of entering a promised land...so, Even in the Millinieum Kingdom, the Sabbath will still be ovserved...Not JUST for the Native born JEW..G-d says...Leviticus 25:6 - And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee.

9There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; 10for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his. 11Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.

Leviticus 25:2 - Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD.

Do you believe in the rapture?? well, Matthew 24:20 - But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

Isaiah 56:2 - Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

..Isaiah 56:6 - Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;

We do claim the covenant of G-d right? (the NEW [really REWNEWED] one) We would like to think that the first Covenant is done away with, but is that true? is it accurate?

Tell me this...????? WHEN does this scripture refer to... when is this timeframe spoken of in Isaiah:

Isaiah 66:23 - And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. his scripture refer to? dual connotation again? Does it Speak of a time to come when Messiah reigns on earth?

I believe that this WARNING from the Almighty was not heeded and therefore we have gone whoring after other gods.. EASTER, CHRISTMAS (sorry dont mean to offend but they are not BIBLICAL nor HOLY)... Hear what G-d says:

Ezekiel 20:16 - Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.

Ezekiel 20:20 - And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.

Ezekiel 20:21 - Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

Ezekiel 20:24 - Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.

Ezekiel 22:8 - Thou hast despised mine holy things, and hast profaned my sabbaths.

Ezekiel 22:26 - Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

Ezekiel 23:38 - Moreover this they have done unto me: they have defiled my sanctuary in the same day, and have profaned my sabbaths.

And we wonder why the WORLD is in the MESS that we see these days?!?!?!

Did you know that at PASSOVER (NOT EASTER) there are two SABBATHS??? I remember growing up being taught that Jesus died on Friday and Arose on SUNDAY. I could never get the math to fit...He (Jesus) did testify that as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the fish, so would the SON of Man be three days and three nights in the earth...Matthew 12:40

Friday to Sunday is NOT three days and three nights.. is it???? Check these scriptures out:

John 19:31 - The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

Luke 23:54 - And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on.

Luke 23:56 - And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.

And about Christmas....How about the FEAST OF TABERNACLES INSTEAD....(SEE LEVITICUS 23 CHAPTER)
WILL it be ok to celebrate Christmas When the LORD returns? People have TRIED to make it HOLY... tried to make it about JESUS, but does it PLEASE the FATHER who gave us certain HOLYdays to observe FOREVER.. Shouldn't we JUST DO WHAT HE SAID THE WAY HE COMMANDED??? OR is it ok to just twist it a little to FIT what we want to do, what's traditonal, comfortable...just plain better than what G-d said...HEAR what that is....(this is end time prophecy and yet to be fulfilled)

Our other disagreement deals with WHAT ACTUALLY IS THE "LORDS DAY"? this is mentioned one time in scripture I believe..

Can u help me find another mention of the "LORD'S DAY" (besides the headings inserted in/during cannozation of the TORAH.

I don't think that THIS scripture changes the SABBATH TO SUNDAY...

I believe THIS explains what EXACTLY is the LORD"S DAY>>>>>>Matthew 12:8 - For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day. Mark 2:28 - Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath. Luke 6:5 - And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

Have u ever NOTICED that SCRIPTURE repeatedly says [THE] SABBATH, NOT [A] SABBATH (meaning there is a specific Day not just any day)

Which one is the seventh day, (the Sabbath day)? Why do I STILL think that we can know for sure which day to observe as the Sabbath (7th) day? Besides the fact that Paul says that the very "oracles of G-d were entrusted to our Jewish Forefathers"...

ROMANS 3:1-4

1What advantage, then, is there in being a Jew, or what value is there in circumcision? 2Much in every way! First of all, they have been entrusted with the very words of God.
3What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God's faithfulness? 4Not at all! Let God be true, and every man a liar. As it is written:

Here is a scripture that I find fasinating...

Now it is TRUE and FACTUAL that the JEWS as a PEOPLE have KEPT the SABBATH for Centuries and IT has ALWAYS BEEN Friday sundow through Saturday sundown. That's pretty accurate. But just in case THEIR example is not enough..lets read on.....

Mark 16:1 - And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.

This is right after the Ressurection on the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK...SUNDAY

The Disciples continued to observe the Sabbath even after the Ascension of Christ....

Acts 13:42 - And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.

Acts 13:44 - And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.
Acts 15:21 - For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.

Acts 16:13 - And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither.
