Piper bringing it HOME! Dang! I love me some Piper, but that's about as in your face as I've heard him.
Indeed, may we be marked by suffering. And that is extremely hard to say, much less mean.
I started praying for a guy the other day who seems to be struggling with depression. And I found myself praying that maybe he would see me go through something tough and see Christ strengthen me. I don't know if I finished the prayer...because I started thinking, do I really want to suffer something tragic so a friend may/may not feel better???
Could it be that my darkest day would be someone's brightest?
Please don't hear me say I'msold out for Jesus and that 'I surrender all!' I fall so short, but if He could bring me to that point...
